Located just 21 miles south of historic Charleston, lies the environmentally sensitive island of Kiawah where you can plan a family vacation or a professional gathering. Kiawah Island is a private gated community that sports a 10 mile stretch of beach, golf courses, tennis courts, sand dunes, bike trails, parks, forests, and an array of wildlife.
This family oriented island offers bike rentals for the 30 miles of paved trails, tennis facilities and 5 golf courses that are a world class destination the amateur and professional golfer will enjoy.
Night Heron Park is a 21 acre recreational facility that offers basketball and volleyball courts, soccer fields, a nature center and days of Adventure activities for children of all ages where supervision is provided all day.
Just outside the main entry into Kiawah Island are Fresh Fields Town Center and Bohicket Marina & Yacht Club offering a potpourri of Boutiques, restaurants, and services.

Villa Amenities
Windswept Villas are located at East Beach nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Night Heron Park. Each is within a 3 minute walk from this Villa.
This Premier rated villa has all the comforts of home. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, a dining room that accommodates 6, a family room with a large sectional that converts to a queen sleeper, a half bath, and a balcony that overlooks a lagoon and Night Heron Park.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed.
Should a rainy day prevent you from participating in outdoor activities, the family room and bedrooms are each equipped with cable TV, DVD & VCR players, and wireless internet. In addition, there are games, puzzles and books to read in this Premier Villa.
Rental Terms
Vacation rental rates are based on weekly rentals.
Pricing is available upon request as is subject to the season and number of nights requested. All rates include the Accommodations Tax and the cleaning fees.
